Terms of Use

TENERIFE HOLIDAY APARTMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking Arrangements: You can book your apartment through our office or directly on our website. If you book through our office, the booking will be confirmed when we receive the payment of the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.

2. Amendment by the Client: Should you wish to alter your booking after it has been confirmed by a few days due to flight changes, a charge of 30,00€ will be levied. Each time a change is made a communication charge may also be levied.

3. Amendment by Tenerife Holiday Apartments: Apartments are subject to availability. Due to circumstances beyond our control, if it is necessary to alter arrangements booked, you will be notified immediately and alternative accommodation will be offered, which will be of the same or higher standard. Please note if accommodation is of a higher standard, there may be an additional charge. You have the choice of accepting the changed arrangement, or canceling, in which case you will receive a full refund of monies paid to Tenerife Holiday Apartments.

4. Liability: We act only as a booking agent and have no liability for any death, accident, personal injury or loss of whatever nature you may suffer. You are therefore advised to take out insurance to cover every eventuality that may occur before and during your holiday. All payments are non refundable.

5. Force Majeure: We regret we cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by ‘force majeure’. In these Booking Conditions, ‘force majeure’ means any event, which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity and industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, volcanic activity, adverse weather conditions, fire, Government advice, coronavirus and all similar events outside our control. The company can not be responsible for the weather, temperature of the pool, the TV and Wi-Fi, phone reception, etc.

6. Behaviour/Damages: Clients are financially responsible for breakages and will be charged for the reasonable and pre-agreed cost of any damage caused by the Client (and/or its invitees) to the apartment or villa during their stay. Any such breakages should be notified to our office straight away.

7. Complaints: We do not expect you to have any complaints during your stay, however occasionally a minor problem may occur, this must be reported immediately to our office. Once you leave, we don’t hold any responsibility.

8. Utilities: We hope that your stay in Tenerife will be trouble free, however we must advise that the reliability of water and electricity supply abroad falls below the standards we are familiar with in the UK. Tenerife is a developing Island and whilst strict controls have been introduced it is possible for building work to begin without any notice in any location. We trust you will not experience any disruption however circumstances such as these are out of our control and the Co. cannot accept any responsibility.

9. Private Pools and Shared without Lifeguard: Clients should note that use of the pools without lifeguards present, do so at their own risk.

10. Emergencies: In the event of an emergency please phone our office on +34 611 789 231 Or our 24/7 phone on +34 623 010 151. Note there will be a charge of 20.00€ for any none emergency call outs.
